• Custom orders are subject to creative interpretation and artistic style. Adjustments might incur additional fees depending on the scope.

3. Purchases and Payment

We accept payment methods as indicated during checkout, with all transactions processed securely through PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• All transactions are handled exclusively by PayPal. We do not store or collect any sensitive payment card details or banking credentials on our servers.
• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Any cancellation made before your order has entered production or processing will be approved, and a full refund will be appropriately issued back to your original payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or natural events once the package has been shipped.

• Customs and Import Fees: Please be advised that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or custom clearance fees imposed by the destination country. We do not take responsibility for any extra customs fees, nor can we predict these charges. All such fees must be borne entirely by the recipient in accordance with local customs laws.

Because our products are custom manufactured and printed on demand, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or typing/address input errors. However, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive perfect artifacts. We offer free replacements or refunds under the following guidelines:

• Custom-Printed Merchandise & Apparel: If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is completely incorrect, you must report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Specialty & Custom Playing Cards / Decks: For card decks, any print defects, damage, or order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Requirements for Claims: To process a free replacement or refund, you must contact us with your order details and provide clear, high-quality photographs demonstrating the defect, printing error, or shipping damage. Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or appropriate refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our physical products.
